The Lakefront Plan 2587 by American's Best Home Plans

When we were approached by several people with this plan, out of the thousands of plans out there, we knew it had to be trending.

Master on main floor, side entry garage, a kitchen with a keeping room, laundry on the main floor, a front and back porch... what is not to like about this plan?  And then we did not even speak of the bonus room, the media room and the theater room!
