Finding a Floor Plan that fits your taste, or at least gets close to it bewildering task as there are a myriad of them to choose from. It is part of the Foreman Builders Signature Process to make that selection process as easy as possible, but many people like to have pre-selected or several plans before they start talking to potential custom home builders. Many have asked us or the realtor they are working with:
"what do others choose? What homeplans are trending right now?"
After all, why no start your search with house models that many other people have said are beautiful?

It is therefore that we present this page called 'Trending Homes' - These are homes where we can easily get the architect drawings, and that could very well have been chosen by our clients to be their 'starting position' when they discuss the design and build of their dream home with us
